Went here with my 3 year old and ordered kids meal (4 count nuggets/apple sauce/juice) beside the point that the juice is always kept for my older child's lunch box, the server said to me, "that's a disaster" and when confronted stated, "you have to deal with it." Ironically, when asked for her other options, she suggested orange juice (still tons of sugar or chocolate milk with tons of dye and sugar) ... Bottom line, just take the order and do NOT patronize a parent for ordering whatever it is they order. Spoke with manager who seemed very indifferent ... Our family will gladly go elsewhere

Unfortunately for my waistline and for my sense of morality, the fries and the fried chicken are simply too delicious to pass up. Shakes and lemonade are great too. Perfect for a quick meal, just don't try to go on Sunday.

Love Chick, but this particular drive thru had the tendency to not include all the food you've ordered, and paid for. Just happened for the second time in 2 weeks. Guess I need to go through everything before driving away. #disappointing

Great staff! Amazingly friendly! Very clean location. My daughter loves playing at the play place. Just newly remodeled and looks great! Drive thru moves pretty fast so don't let a long line scare you off!

Chick-fil-a has earned the spot as my favorite fast food joint. The food is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is also a place my kids love which makes it a place the whole family can agree on. They always move the inside line and drive through quickly during rush times.

This is my favorite and most visited Chik-Fil-A in America, due to its proximity to my office. - Clean - Super friendly staff - Decent clientele - Consistent food delivery - Fast service - All the usual Chik-Fil-A awesomeness. My favorite meal is a spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries, but recently due to health concerns I've started eating their salads which is very decent. ALso I had a grilled chicken wrap for the first time, and while not as good as a fried chicken sandwich, if you need a healthy alternative it is a good choice.

Always a great experience morning, noon or night. This location especially seems to have a great staff and takes the time to not just be friendly but sincere. I have seen several times where team members who are busy still take notice of families that might need assistance and go out to the dining room to help. My only comment -- this places is a bit too popular at times. I would avoid the drive-thru during peak times and recommend parking just outside their parking lot. Your order seems to be processed a bit faster inside.

First I despise fast food. I haven't had a Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's Burger in probably 5 years. I saw that movie about the guy who eat mcD's for a month and got sick. Decided to stop then and there. Chick-Fil-A has always been my sub and the best fast food I'd consider eating. Not being a snob just don't dig on non fresh food. Chick-Fil-a here has great breakfast burritos, great coffee or oatmeat on the run. As well for lunch or dinner I can feed my Chicken Nugget cravings and feel pretty good about it. As far as Chick-Fil-A this one is the best. Lone Tree needs parking therapy or something. It's packed ass to elbow and although I like them just too difficult to get in and out in a hurry. Wish I owned this goldmine in HR.

Eat breakfast here very often. Staff in the AM is wonderful. In the evenings, this place is packed, and not enough parking. One time I did drive-thru for family, they short changed me on chicken nuggets, we called to tell them, they promised to shoot us a coupon to make up for the oversight...never got anything. Worst part is it was my wife's order...poor me!

What a horrible experience. I will not be going back. First, the "dinning room" was closed due to "unforeseeable reasons." Second, I waited 10 minutes in the ridiculously long drive through line, only to place my order and the soda machine wasn't working. Seriously?

One of my least favorite locations. It was super busy during lunch and I did not like how they track the orders. Who can hear you calling names when it is super busy?? At other locations they have numbers and names. The servers walk around trying to find you. At HR it was the other way around, they expect you to go find them. It's inconvenient if you are trying to get a seat or have small children. Food was at the usual Chick Fil A standard :) thumbs up!

Super friendly and always good food, but the whole closed on Sunday's thing is total bullshit. Pro tip: Chic-fil-a sauce on EVERYTHING.

The food here is pretty bad. For breakfast, the biscuits are dry and the burritos have almost no meat in them. For other times of the day, mother chicken salad sandwich is served on DRY wheat bread. You can use the watered down lemonade to wash down the bread. The chicken sandwich is always way too greasy and lacks in flavor. Overall, the food is greasy, lacks flavor, and usually very fry. The southern chicken sandwich from McDonalds is a lot better.

Chick-Fil-A is probably my favorite fast food outlet, yet I draw the line at a drive-thru lane that laps the parking lot and over 15 minute waits. There are exactly two fast food joints in the Park Meadows area-- this Chick-Fil-A and Burger King. Thus, this place is packed with long lines from opening to close. You can't blame Chick-Fil-A for this. The staff is jovial and the food is good. This place is popular... but is it really worth it to wait that long for a #1 value meal? Honestly, it will take you less time to hop on C-470 and drive 10 miles west to the Chick-Fil-A on Kipling (then back). So unless you're REALLY hard up for your chicken sandwich fix, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Yes, this location is usually terribly busy, but they move quickly. I've only been here a handful of times, but the staff is remarkably friendly, attentive, fast, efficient, and will give you surprises, like left over (fresh) breakfast burritos if you happen to be driving through for your mother at 10:35a. :) I love Chik-Fil-A but hate their anti-Gay Rights 'tude AND their use of Styrofoam cups (in this day and age?) But I'm not going to knock off stars for corporate measures. The staff who work here make it incredible, and that's saying A LOT for a fast food joint.

What a disappointment. I've been to plenty of chick-fil-a's and normally they are some of the best fast food in the business in every category. This particular location was poor poor poor. Being from the south I look forward to sweet tea, and luckily that was good. But that was about it. I got a number one, as I always do. The sandwich was only ok. It clearly had been sitting in the wrapper for quite some time. The normally wonderful waffle potato fries ranked right there with the sandwich--not fresh. I arrived for lunch right at 11am and I was practically the only person there. Maybe 4 tables were taken and during my 20 minute stay, maybe 5 people came in. They had alot of people working, but from the looks of the cleanliness of the place you'd think it was very busy and understaffed. There were crumbs everywhere... on the counters where you order, on the tables where you eat, all over the floor.. you get the point. I know Chick-fil-a is a good place for kids, but seriously. A little clean up would be nice. The windows throughout the entire place had hand prints all over them. During such a slow time with so many employees not doing anything you'd think someone could go around and clean a little. On top of this, the workers weren't as friendly as I'm accustomed to in other Chick-fil-a's. No smiles here. Just employees going through the motions. I've also been to plenty locations where they have people walking around checking on the customers making sure everything is ok and getting people refills. Not here though. So, dirty on the inside, food wasn't fresh, and employees weren't very friendly. One star for the good sweet tea. Had this been my first experience with Chick-fil-a I probably wouldn't go back. But I've always liked this restaurant. So I will go back, just not to this particular location.

Awesome, my favorite fast food. Spicy Chicken will be here next year!! The staff is awesome. How is it that every Chick Fil A has the best high schoolers around? The Wendys and Rubios in the same strip mall have horrible staff and service!! Sweet Tea and Lemonade, 'nuff said.

This location is horribly busy regardless of the time you go. However every time I have been here the employees have been wonderful and very cheerful. I suspect this is a great place to work must be the management staff because like some others have pointed out the other restaurants have really bad workers. The waffle fries that chick-fil-a has are some of the best in the business. The downside is that the fries are hit and miss. But generally they are decent and as long as you have fresh ones you are going to be happy. Love the grilled sandwich when I go to Chick-Fil-A and I have not had a bad one to date.

Not usually into rating fast food restaurants, but this has to be the best Chic fil a location ever. It can be totally packed and they get you through fast. Their customer service is outstanding.
